Is RevReviews available now?
We are opening early access to a small group of businesses and agencies. Request access below and we will be in touch. Pricing will be shared with early access members.
Will it reply to reviews without my approval?
Nothing below 4 stars is ever posted without you. Escalated reviews never get an automatic reply. For 4 and 5 star reviews you can choose to approve each draft or let RevReviews post them for you.
Can I manage more than one location or client?
Yes. A business can connect several locations. Agencies get a separate workspace for each client, so each client’s reviews, team and settings stay apart.
How does RevReviews connect to my Google profile?
You sign in with Google and approve access to your Business Profile. You can disconnect at any time. We use the data only to run the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Is RevReviews part of Google?
No. RevReviews is an independent service that uses Google’s official Business Profile tools. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google.
Who can see my reviews and data?
Each business has its own workspace, and only the people you invite can open it. Reports are private and their download links expire. The Privacy Policy explains what we collect and why.
